Total secured indoor footage of warehouses is 35,600 m2, including:

- 23'000 m2 – general cargo;
- 4'600 m2 – general cargo;
- 6'000 m2 – heated warehouse certified for food products;
- 1'000 m2 - including 250 m2 heated;
- 1'000 m2 - with no loading ramp

The warehouses are served with loading and discharge equipment.

Warehouse capacity is up to 600 tons of paletted cargo per day, including loading and discharge of cargo trucks, containers and railway cars.

The company uses two berths to load cargo on marine vessels.

Berth SD-3
- Maximum allowed vessel draft – 9.05m, length – 150m;
- Served with two cranes of 53 and 68 tons loading capacity.

Berth SD-4
- Maximum allowed vessel draft – 7.60m, length – 130m;
- Serves Ro-Ro vessels;
- Served with two cranes of 21 and 32 tons loading capacity.

Total open air storage space for general cargo is 4 hectares.
